How Does Team Development Work?
Team Development is designed to develop competencies and improve performance of a clearly defined intact team. A typical engagement with a new team or a team with new members includes personality assessments, interviews and multiple team building events combined with team coaching sessions over six to twelve months. We will define team strengths and challenges, clarify goals, create an action plan and measure results.
